This is a self-study version of my group training courses; we cover a whole load of amazing techniques so that your confidence toolbox will be full to overflowing.

And so much more!  We focus on moving forward rather than spending too much time on what has ‘gone wrong’ in the past, mainly as I find it (a) not particularly constructive!  (b) that you are all already great at reliving those scary events from the past without my help.
